    45# snatch 25# step ups. My hands and forearms were killing me!!!

    Skipped core for now (will do sit-ups/rows at home) to find my new 1RM Front Squat. Ended up at 145# – 10# PR from January. I know I had another lift in me but I didn’t want to be late for my hair appointment (priorities!!!)
