    First attempt on Friday was 12:12 Rx’d.
    Redo today, Monday the 30th, 11:08 Rx’d! 2015 CrossFit Open is complete for this guy. It’s been amazing as always. But I’m thrille to get back to a normal training schedule! So proud of all our members for the incredible hard work shown in this Open. I hope everyone learned more about themselves and set new goals to reach for.

    20:30…..this damn thing….seriously. Thrusters are the worst (or im the worst at them!). This one took me to a place full of children’s tears and dead unicorns. I love that i got through it but, man did it ever turn me into a giant wuss. Thanks to Coach Adam and Cat for peer pressuring me into the open into the open. Looking forward to next year. Now back to business as usual.
