    Deadlift 5×2 @365# and 4″ deficit
    Row: 4×500 w/30 second rests- 1:57/1:57/1:55/1:52

    5×3 Good Mornings @ 83# x3 and 113# x2 (Not sure it’s smart to go heavy on these just yet)

    WOD: 11:27 rx’d (11 something. I’m guessing at the :27)

    GHD Bench Press @ 33#

    No hip extensions – felt like my back had enough for one day.
