Wednesday:

12 Wall Balls (30#/20#; 10’/9′)
12 GHD Sit-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
3 Rounds:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
10 Hand Release Push-Ups

Friday:
Squat Snatch:
3×2 @ 40%
3×2 @ 50%
3×2 @ 55%
2×2 @ 60%

Saturday:
Squat Clean:
3×2 @ 40%
3×2 @ 50%
3×2 @ 55%
2×2 @ 60%
