    Death by clusters 6+5 @65# not my idea of a good time LOL

    WOD: 10:04 Rx’d
    The DUs were the sticking point today but I got through them. FS & PU were not a problem today 😊

    WOD: 10:54 85# front squat depth consistency was an issue
    I Tried DUs first round completed 13 and 17 attempts, then switched to singles for the last three rounds.

    GHD 20# ball
    No TGU

    Front Squats (#65)
    Push-Ups (on box)
    60 singles (one day… one day I will get double unders….)

    No core, too sore from yesterday’s “core” lol. But I did do Dan’s Pull up challenge.

    Forgot my time but was in the 11 or 12 min range
    Front squat RX
    Push ups first 2rounds from toes, last 2 from knees
    DUs – first 2 rounds DU attempts, 2nd 2 rounds switched to singles
    (Practiced DUs more after and did better outside the WOD)
    Core done
