    WOD: 9:12 45# run & RDs Rx’d
    (going light because Dan said snatches should be speedy…all unbroken until last set)

    Tabata Rx’d like a boss 😜

    Bench 3×5 75# then bonus set @85#

    Competitors EMOM 15# DBs (shoulder stability was challenging!) and 10 cal row…all rows done in 45 sec I’m pretty sure that’s a PR😊👍
