    I warmed up/practiced for at least 30 min beforehand and then attempted during the 14 minute WOD to do a single muscle up and I’m just not there yet. Sooo… I rested for 14 minutes and then did 15.3 scaled:

    589 reps

    Boy am I exhausted. And my legs? Can use say tree trunks?
