10 Overhead Squats (95/65) (Scaled: 6 OHS (65/45))
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Scaled: 6 pull-ups)

From 3:00-6:00
12 Overhead Squats (95/65) (Scaled: 8 OHS (65/45))
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Scaled: 8 pull-ups)

From 6:00-9:00
14 Overhead Squats (95/65) (Scaled: 10 OHS (65/45))
14 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups Scaled: 10 pull-ups)

If you continue to complete the reps in the allotted time, add 2 reps for the next 3 minutes.

    17 reps Rx’d
    Trying again tomorrow I think I can get a few more reps. Can anyone judge me at 8:30ish???

    Squat cleans:

    Felt good so I went ahead & PR’d my squat clean @98#!!

      I have fasting labs at 8 a.m. in Ashburn tomorrow so the gym will probably be open at 8:45 earliest, but most likely right at 9. I wouldn’t recommend repeating this with only 24 hours in between and expecting a better score.

    85rx. 5 rep PR! but, 3 from the bonus round :-(. Oh….to redo or not to redo…that is the question.

    79 Rx Sucked. Will re-do. Wasted 20 or so seconds dropping the bar when I lost stability on the first OHS in the second round.

    Monday morning re-do session. I think this will be my pretty constant schedule. ha!
