    WoD: 4 x 30 @ 35# (1st round was RX DU’s, then singles, because DU’s are the spawn of satan).

    GHDBP @ 45#
    Monster walk completed.

    Monster walks- yea, those were fun (sarcasm)

    *disclaimer: the 35# kb was very heavy for me. Almost half of my left-handed reps (and a handful of right-handed reps near the end) would only make it to my shoulder and then I basically push-pressed the kb from my shoulder. So technically, I did the movement, it just wasn’t always in one fluid motion. :o/

      Yeah, I absolutely love the monster walks too! Not sure which one I like more, wall balls or monster walks! 😫
