Tuesday:

Even: Calories on the erg (12/10)

Wednesday:
Push Press: 5×3 @ 75% of 1RM

Back Squat: 3×8 @ 50% of 1RM

Friday:
Squat Snatch:
3×2 @ 75%
2×2 @ 85%
3×1 @ 90%
1×1 @ 95%

Saturday:
Squat Clean:
3×2 @ 75%
2×2 @ 85%
3×1 @ 90%
1×1 @ 95%
