    Squat Clean:
    3×2 @ 75#
    2×2 @ 95#
    3×1 @ 125#
    2×1 @ 135#
    1×1 @ 155#
    1×1 @ 165#

    Back Squat: 3×5 @ 185#

    1600M row cool down
