    13:14 Rx’d

    Strength: squat snatches 35# , 40# then did not add weight for last set because I was having trouble consistently getting under it

    10:25 rx’d for the real Elizabeth. Not sure why I programmed Lite Liz today. A minute slower than July 2013 and almost 3 minutes slower than my PR from 2012. All due to the squat cleans. Must work on muscle endurance.

    *That’s 1:22 PR!!! As I said before, CFC 4 Life! And I felt like I took it slow today! Shooting for sub 7 next time!!
