The first workout of the 2015 CrossFit Open will be the scheduled WOD at CrossFit Chantilly on Friday, February 27. We will allow make-ups during Open Gym on Sunday, March 1. Go ahead and sign up at games.crossfit.com. Just click the red link that says REGISTER HERE. Do it now!

5×3 Back Squat from rack (start around 50% of 1 RM and work up to a heavy set)

10 Shoulder to Overhead (135#/95#)
Rest 2 minutes

Tabata Hollow Hold

100 Band Pull Aparts
