    Blood sugar dropped right before the warm up and could not get it to come up to normal. #T1Dproblems

    Strength: worked up to 1 deadlift @ 213# –> 15# PR!!

    WOD: 10:42 (maybe 10:45??)
    60# hang power snatches, knees to above parallel, Rx’d wall balls

    26# RTs
    Hamstrings too tight to try GH raises today

    Coach Adam- My posterior chain is killing me and I feel its my tight gluts. Any suggestions and/or recommendation? I would love for you to enlighten me with a few stretches to loosen my gluts.
