    4+21 Rx’d
    So I didn’t touch my time from last time (6+15) but I did 25# heavier…the STO is what got me!!!!
    Core done ✔️

    Strength:
    15 min EMOM: 1 power clean, 1 hang squat clean, 1 front squat
    6 rounds @ 113#
    9 rounds @ 123#

    I messed up the math and went way heavier than intended. No fails though and it felt good. Worst part was the transition from top of the power clean to the hang.

    5×3 back squat @ 168# (75% of 1RM)

    8+3 rx’d

    TGU @ 26#
