    GM @ 73# – got my back adjusted and QL worked on Saturday and was actually able to do these correctly. Felt great!

    7:48 rx’d

    Not a PR, but better than 10 something from October (that period between finding out I had to have surgery and actually having the surgery). And only 30 seconds slower than my PR. Cardio is making a come back, slowly but surely.

    WOD: 12:56
    Modified: 55# snatches from the hang. 55# reverse lunges to help protect a wonky knee.

    Core/accessory: 4x30second planks, monster steps took forever.

    Worked up to GMs at 140#
    WOD – 14:08 at 45#
    Slower than last time but *much* heavier weights AND I did my snatches from the ground (and I always do from hang) – felt like I was getting the flow of it from the ground but def will need more work
