Save the date! We’ll be moving our pull-up rig on Saturday, February 7 after the 11 a.m. class and could use some help! There will be a cooler full of beer for those who decide to help!

    Happy I made it through with the 12# WB. Only thx to Kyle’s one-on-one coaching the whole time 😊

    PRd my clean 93#!! Got under 98# but couldn’t get up! Then my mental game disintegrated. But I’m very happy with this 10# PR!!
    Also got 9 unbroken DUs!

    Comp Strength:
    135# 1RM Front Squat – PR, but I was aiming for 145#. Didn’t try it because I felt my form starting to go south and we still had Back Squats and Wall Balls to do in the WOD. Oh and Kyle’s Moby warmup haha.

    Strength:
    3×5 Back Squat 115#

    WOD: 6:23
    55# Hang Power Snatch. Never thought I’d say this but I actually enjoyed doing snatches this time around!

    Core:
    Nope!
