    WOD: 8+1 Rx’d
    2+2 PR from last year 😊
    Sadly that was my only PR of the day
    PP 83# (not a PR in fact that is my 3RM)
    Snatch 53# (not a PR but trying to practice getting under the bar as it gets heavy.)
    Row 1000m 4:57 (that might be a PR not sure…my goal was under 5:00 so that’s good!)

    1,000M row in 4:22 (first 500m in 2:00)

    Strength:
    105# 1 Rep Max Push Press.
    Failed at 110# – I didn’t keep my core/glutes tight enough. Will have to try again another day.

    WOD: 6+20 RX
    Push-ups slowed me down. Everything else was unbroken.

    Core/Accessory:
    3×8 GHD Bench Press @33#

    Comp Strength:
    1RM Snatch: 165# (5# under my PR but a great lift) caught 175 easily 3 times, but did my little right knee drop trick that I do. I’m happy with the lifts and knowing what I need to work on.
    1,000 meter row:
    3:32
    1:45/500 avg.
    :42 split
    23 s/m

    1RM Push Press:
    220# (5# PR) I’ve got 225 in the tank, just ran out of time.
