    5 x Hang Squat Snatch + 2 OHS

    Bench Press

    115# Good Mornings – 25# PR from August

    WOD: 16:07
    1min 30sec (mostly unsuccessful) DU attempts each round with the lash marks to prove it. CURSE YOU DOUBLE UNDERS!!! I will get these one day.
    Deadlifts Rx and form is so much better (except for the last few, but Coach Cat kept me from bringing knees forward)

    Core/Accessory:
    Tabata Hollow Holds done, although the last couple rounds were not pretty

    115# on Good Mornings (first time doing these since before June)

    11:26 rx’d (I’ll have to verify this time when I get back to coach tonight – I do know that I had to push really hard in my last round because I was trying to beat Erin’s time)

    4×15 Hip Extension with no weight (first time since surgery getting through more than 8 without pain!!!!)
