    Not as bad as I thought! Did 20 the first set then 10s until the end I did 9, 8, 3. It got tough to grip the bar!

    This was a fun one
    Kyle changed it to a Team WOD for Jen, Stacey and I
    We did 150 Hang Power Cleans
    We had 3 stations and rotated
    HPC #65
    Plank
    Squat Hold
