21-15-9
Front Squats (135#/95#)
Burpees

At 10:00
2 Rounds:
50 Double Unders
35 Sit-Ups
15 Shoulder to Overhead (135#/95#)

At 20:00
Complete the following:
50 Pull-Ups
25 Bench Press (135#/95#)
Partition as Needed

At 30:00
Row 2,015 meters

    WOD time was 39:37
    70# for the front squats, push presses and bench presses

    Finished part 1 in 7:36.
    Didn’t finish part 2 (4 push presses left) because I got stuck on the second round of double unders. Ugh.
    Scaled to ring pull-ups in part 3 and loved the bench presses, I think it was my first time doing these in a WOD!

    65# for all barbell work
    1/2 jumping pull ups (trying to only jump a little bit) and 1/2 ring rows.

    no shoulder pain!
    This was a great, yet manageable workout. Thanks to Leah for coming in early with me!

    Round 2 9:58 singles/doubles/attempts, sit-ups Rx’d, STO 65#
    Round 3 8:50 pull-ups Rx’d, bench 65# sets of 10/5
    Round 4 10:50 of suck 😭😡😝

    Round 1: Rx in 9:15 (earned 45 seconds of rest- my only rest of the whole workout, whomp whomp)
    Round 2: first round- DUs, SUs, and STO (5 @ 95#, 10 @ 85#); second round- only finished DUs and SUs
    Round 3: 49.5 PUs, 20 BPs @ 85#
    Round 4: 2015 row-10:29

    I am smoked!!!

    I am soooo going to enjoy my carob cake this evening and my first drink in 30 days!!!! 🙂

    WOD 1 – 7:33 rx’d
    WOD 2 – 7:04 rx’d
    WOD 3 – 7:00 rx’d
    WOD 4 – 9:51 rx’d

    After noting my row time I promptly went outside to watch Val finish up her row. If I was going to vomit I wanted to do it in the bushes outside. It was a real possibility. It could still happen. WODs 1 & 4 were the worst.

    WOD 1: did not do last set of burpees
    WOD 2: did not do last set of overhead presses, single unders and a few DUs
    WOD 3: 7:25, ring rows
    WOD 4: 10:22

    That was rough. I’ve eliminated carbs for a bit, so my gas tank was on empty.

    What a bad ass WOD with a bunch of bad ass people!
    All Rx’d for me today:
    WOD 1: 6:11
    WOD 2: 8:10
    WOD 3: 6:28 (all butterfly pull-ups in sets of 10)
    WOD 4: 8:42 (lost all give a F here!)
    Total time of 38:42
