    Like I said earlier I’m glad this wasn’t posted beforehand because I’m sure I would’ve made an excuse to skip 210 push-ups and sit-ups. 😉

    First and last round of push-ups Rx’d and the rest on my knees. That last round of sit-ups hurt!
