    Warmup with bar and 75#
    95-95-95-115(failure to be clean)-95-95-95

    Worked form and comfort at the bottom with bar overhead

    Snatch from box at pockets
    5×2@75# + more for skill work
    Again light weight to drill form. Dropping under the bar and being locked out. Felt good really helped my hips get loosened up.
