    Double-unders practice and mobility work before class…will try to get into the strength training starting next week.

    WOD: 3+18
    (It says 3+8 on the board but that’s wrong, I was on my 8th pushup when time ran out…)
    60# snatch (PR!) and HRPU Rx and so much easier now after the 2,015 pushups challenge!

    Core/Accessory:
    4×15 Strict GHD Sit-Ups
    Just 1 TGU each side ouch

    65 Push-ups
    Done!

    500 meter row
    Comp Strength:
    1RM Snatch from Saturday – 165# (no PR but have some great things to improve on. Expecting big snatch gains in coming weeks/months)
    OHS 5×2 with 3 second pause on 3rd rep @135#
    Bench Press: 5×3 @65% 150#
    4 rounds:
    25 GHD Sit-ups
    500 meter row
    *will do push-ups this evening

    Snatching hurt and I snatched yesterday so I skipped the WOD 😦

    Couldn’t make it in so David and I did a home WOD chipper courtesy of Jason Y:
    100 air squats
    90 sit ups
    80 alternating lunges
    70 burpees (david)/push ups (kira)
    60 second plank
    50 mountain climbers
    40 push ups (david)/burpees (kira)
    30 hollow rocks
    20 jumping squats
    10 HR push ups

    David: 32:51
    Kira: 29:52

    And I did a solid 45 second headstand!
