    Bench 5×5@55% (55#)
    DU practice
    Mobility

    Clean from blocks just below knees
    78, 78, 88, 88, 93, 98
    2-3 per weight trying to get it right

    75 push-ups

    lacrosse ball and mulligan strap mobility
