    AMRAP in 15 min
    100 meter run
    10 ring dips
    10 floor press (65#)
    5 rounds + run + 1 ring dip

    2×8 ring rows
    2×20 dumb bell shrugs (30#)

    Bench press 5 reps @68, 73, 78, 83; 2×2 @88
