    I started with Rx’d HSPUs per Adam but that fell apart after the first 5. That is what slowed me down. Cleans were fine.

    Still struggling with keeping my arms straight longer and not pulling the bar too soon. Need more practice time.

    35 in 10 min then switched to form work for hang cleans- box HSPU, 24″ box, 95# hang cleans. Thanks Kyle for trying.

    9+2 although there was some speculation it was 10+2
    95# cleans, focusing on not jumping backward and getting my knees out of the way/opening up all of the way
    24″ box jumps
