Please drive carefully! I almost hit a deer on Lafayette Center Drive on Sunday around 6:55 a.m. on the way to the gym.

5×5 Front Squats @ 80% of 3RM

WOD:
Death by Burpee
1 Burpee during the 1st minute
2 Burpees during the 2nd minute
3 Burpees during the 3rd minute…
Until you cannot complete the number of burpees during the minute

Core/Accessory:
3×8 Gymnastics Wipers

3×8 GH Raises

        Shoot, the real lunatics are all you burpee bandits! My day was a walk in the park compared the thousands of burpees that will have been done by the end of the day!
