        Yes I was happy with that fo sho. Erin convinced me to do 25lb dumbells to get the RX, I was reaching for the 15s. Most of my reps were from the Slam Balls but hey a rep is a rep!!

      Oh no not the shoulder!!! Go to Airrosti they take Aetna now they are fixing me I’m doing much better 😊 (also the PT helped a lot too…)
