    Snatch 65# power snatch (paused in the hang and pressed up at the end …still lots of work to do on technique!!)

    5 Rounds (10 DLs#225, 15KBs#53, 20BxJps). NOTE: KBs were Russian, but above eyebrow

    500/1:55

    Worked in Tabata (Core from today’s WOD) and threw in some strict pull-up work for grins/giggles

    I need to work on my snatch it’s ugly. 135#
    WOD 5+29 rxd

    Threw in some front squats afterwards, worked up to 225#.

    My legs are smoked from Riding on Mr. Das’ swole train.
