    Bench Press:
    Warmed up to heavy single @200#
    Then: 180#x3x5
    Benched with Sam today. So I guess you can say things are getting serious. 😉

    3 @65# shoulder to overhead and knees to chest
    2+12 @105# deadlifts and stopped jumping over the bar after round two when I tripped over it and scared myself!
    Core:
    Hip Extensions w/ 45# and TGU w/18#
