    WOD: 3+8 @ 145#, toe assisted ring dips

    3 Rep Max Front Squat – 120# (5# heavier than last time, form is improving)

    WOD: 5+2
    140# deadlifts
    Toe assisted ring dips (these slowed me down – need to work on stability and keeping elbows back)

    Core/Accessory:
    3×4 Strict Toes-to-Bar
    (ran out of time – had to stretch and head home…thanks for putting up with my crazy kids 11am-ers and Cat)
