      Oh my time was 24:05, didn’t think I’d make it. Glad I went down in weight for the OHS because I was really struggling to stay balanced

    210 – 75# bar, had to use purple band for pull-ups after first 20 or so. Performance shows impact of vacation.

    This is the first time I did the wrong amount of reps. I did 50 STOs with 135# instead of only 30. So I made it to 45 front squats at 85#.
