    Just an amazing morning! Huge props to Erin for her never ending gas tank! And I’ve gotta give this all up to Jae! He PR’d by nearly 5 minutes and did so with 20# WB and 24″ Box, both of which he had scaled last time! So inspired!

    30 some second off PR . Totally fine with that. And I saved my Tourette’s outburst until I picked up my rope and accidentally made a kink in it. Finished cussing, fixed the kink, went unbroken on 50 DU! Lol

    27:05 but only a partial Filthy 50 bc I was interrupted by unexpected mommy duties.

    Scaled jumping pullups to ring rows
    Subbed ab mat sit ups for hip extensions
    Did 10 knees to elbows and then went to the floor.

    Got a call as I was about to do wall balls. Still felt like a pretty darn good workout.

    DNF. 😦 43:00, ended after burpees.
    Scaled to 8# wall all and knees to elbows on the floor.
    A rough work week with little sleep just didn’t leave enough gas in my tank.
