    3RM strict press @135# (almost had 3 @140)
    WOD:
    14:38 Rx’d with a 1:1 work/rest ratio
    (All rounds 1:48 or less, also gave 6-8 seconds extra for a mock transition time)

    What Cathy said. Splits were 2:00 for rounds 1-3 last round 2:10

    2rm because I was delirious and that’s all I could handle strict press 70#

    Strength:

    5×3 ring dips with orange band

    Oh and I did the sit ups
