    First Sunday back at the box in way too long. It’s good to be home!!!!

    Practiced DUs
    3×8 BS 68# last set 73#
    5×3 Overhead Squats 38# 43# 48# 53# 58# PR!! 💪
    3×8 Bench Press – 68#
    5×1 Squat Clean Complex 58# 58# 58# 63# 68#
    5×3 weighted RDs 10# 15# last set PR!! way too easy! Going for more next time!!!

    20 sec sprint 10 sec walk for two miles
    15:50
    push press 3×3 @115

    backwards fran 9-15-21
    same weight, different rep scheme, totally different workout
    6:40 rxd
    got done with the round of 15 at just over the 2 minute mark but that 21 set was demoralizing, great wod though

    1 rep max front squat – 255# PR
    5×2 overhead squats – #135
    2000m row, as witnessed by Coach Brazilian Dan – 7:45
