20 Arm Circles
20 Dislocates
20 Air Squats
20 Walking Lunges
10 Push Ups
10 Hollow Rocks

Calf/Achilles stretch

3 Rounds:
15 Toes-to-Bar
100 meter run
Rest 1 minute
Post total working time (subtract rest)

10 minutes of Handstand hold or walk practice

    Hspu work with 2 abmats then 1.5 abmats

    11:53 toes to bar first round then knees to elbows

    Practiced holding a handstand (wall walks to get into the position)
