    Got back last night and I made it in to 6AM!
    SP: 73# (2#PR!!)
    WOD: 3+6 @ 70# (moving a little slowly this morning but felt good!)

    Strict Press: 200# – 5# pr

    WOD:
    4+5 rxd. Feel like I could have got 5 plus but, I came out of gate to fast. First round was touch and go on the clean and jerks which was a first for me then went 4, 3, 3 on the next three rounds with singles in to finish out so, I’m happy with that.

    Core: GMs at 115#
    planks when I get home tonight

    Mobility:
    2:30 each side couch stretch.

      You have to paint it on. Chalk makes you stronger.

      For most people it’s either lack of core stability or learning to screw your feet into the floor which externally rotates your hips and engages your glutes and quads.

    I miss my fellow 10am-ers! Another WOD at Summerlin Crossfit:
    Strength:
    Overhead squat 5 X 5
    35, 45, 50, 55, 55

    Conditioning:
    5 min AMRAP
    5 Pull-ups (green band)
    10 Push-ups (knees)
    15 Air squats
    Rest 3 min, repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 AMRAPs.
    4+5, 3, 3+11
