10 GHD Sit-Ups (men touch floor; women touch med ball)

Scaled:

100 Single Unders
10 Shoulder-to-Overhead (75#/55#)
50 Wall Balls (18#/12#; 9’/9′)
10 Abmat Sit-Ups (touch cone in front of feet)

WOD 2:

12 minutes:
800 meter run
1 rep max clean (power, squat, split)

WOD 3:
AMRAP in 7 minutes

Rx’d:
7 Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)
7 Front Squats (no racks) (115#/75#)

Scaled:

7 Kettlebell Swings (35#/25#)
7 Front Squats (no racks) (75#/55#)

    Had a lot of fun today guys! I thought I could get more than 205# but I guess it is a PR so I’ll take it. I think I’m gonna be sore tomorrow!

      If I didn’t have kids to yell at, grass to cut, birthday parties to go to, etc, I would have been there today to work on my clean for sure. Watching back that video I can see soooo many things I am doing wrong!
