CrossFit for ages 4-13

Just as in the adult classes, CrossFit Kids is constantly varied. Our Kids won’t be bored with their workouts, and often they are having so much fun they don’t even realize they’re working out. CrossFit Kids is often used to keep kids in shape in the off season of other sports such as soccer, football, or wrestling.
CrossFit Kids builds more than just physically fit kids – the program also promotes confidence and team work in a positive environment.
The structure of each class consists of a warm-up, focused skill work, a short workout of the day (WOD), and a game.
